How to Check Image Auto Group LLC Reviews & Records
Star ratings on their own don't tell you whether a car shipping company is safe to book. Before you hire Image Auto Group LLC or any other auto transport company, run these four checks. They take about ten minutes.
Look up the FMCSA record
Search MC-857644 on FMCSA SAFER. The legal name should match and the operating status should read "Authorized".
Confirm insurance
Ask for a current certificate of insurance and check that the cargo limit covers your vehicle's value. Carriers must also carry federal liability coverage.
Read recent reviews
Check Google, BBB and TransportReviews for reviews from the last 12 months. Look for patterns in late pickups, damage claims and how complaints were handled.
Get the terms in writing
Make sure the quote states the price, deposit (if any), pickup window and what happens if the company cancels. Never pay the full amount before a carrier is assigned.
