What Cargo Insurance Does NOT Cover: Personal belongings inside the vehicle (remove everything before pickup), pre-existing mechanical failures unrelated to transport, cosmetic damage below the deductible threshold, and vehicles misrepresented as operational when they are not.

Take out electronics, chargers, documents, car seats, spare clothes, cleaning products, and any valuables. Loose items shift during transport and can cause interior damage.

Fuel Level: Leave no more than one-quarter tank of fuel (approximately 2–3 gallons). This reduces the vehicle's weight on the carrier and is standard industry protocol. Do not fill the tank before pickup.

Check Battery and Tires: Ensure your battery holds a full charge and all four tires are inflated to manufacturer specifications. Your vehicle must be able to drive onto and off the carrier under its own power. A dead battery at your Georgia pickup location creates delays for both you and the driver.
