Fuel Level: Leave no more than one-quarter tank of fuel (approximately 2–3 gallons). This reduces the vehicle's weight on the carrier and is standard industry protocol. Do not fill the tank before pickup.

Check Battery and Tires: Ensure your battery holds a full charge and all four tires are inflated to manufacturer specifications.
